The Grimaldi Forum Conference Centre
Monaco offers international visibility in an attractive and prestigious environment with a state of the art conference centre: the Grimaldi Forum where, WIMA 2010 will be presented. WIMA delegates have access to public parking at the Grimaldi Forum. In order to benefit from the special daily rate of 5,50€ per day, please ask for the parking form at the WIMA Registration Desk upon arrival.

Hotels

WIMA participants can benefit from negotiated hotel rates at selected hotels in Monaco. All hotels are in walking distance from the event venue the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco.

Airport

The nearest airport is Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport, which is approximately 14 miles (22 km) away from Monaco. A schedule of flights to and from Nice, plus other relevant information can be found at the airport's website.

Important: If you are travelling with Air France / KLM (French domestic flights only), reduced rates have been agreed for conference participants.

Coach Service (by motorway)

A travel time of only 30 minutes to Monaco, a coach departs every half hour between 8:45 – 21:15 at an attractive price of 18€ for a one way trip ! Line 110

Helicoptere service

Take advantage from special rates offered by Heli Air Monaco. This unique helicopter experience offering fantastic views of the Cote d’Azur provides daily flights every 30 minutes between Nice airport and the Principality of Monaco (flight time: 7 minutes). Upon landing, a free shuttle takes passengers directly to the Grimaldi Forum or their hotel in the Principality. If you book a return flight the free shuttle will also collect you from the Grimaldi Forum or your hotel for the transfer to the heliport in Monaco.
Tarifs: A single fare Nice-Monaco costs 100 Euros, Monaco-Nice costs 85 Euros and a return fare 175 Euros (special rates, including airport taxes).

By car

There are many ways of reaching Monaco by car. Available on Via Michelin or Mappy.
Important: when you arrive at the Grimaldi Forum, you may want to leave your car in a public car park. To take advantage of a reduced daily parking rate (5.50 € per day), ask for a form at reception.

WIMA guests benefit from reduced car hire rates. In order to take advantage of this offer, guests should:
