NFC MOBILE EXPERIENCE: BADGE | PHONE | APPS SPONSOR

As the Official NFC Mobile Experience: Badge / Phone / Apps Sponsor of the “WIMA NFC Experience” ITN International will loan, for the duration of the event, one Nokia N603 NFC device with data enabled SIM card provided by Monaco Telecom to each attendee who signs up for it. The phone will demonstrate how NFC can be used within an event to create valuable information exchange and experience the power of NFC.
Business Card Exchange
The BCARD Reader is an app that allows users to quickly read NFC tags and store the content in an account on the BCARD Portal. When the app is downloaded and activated, a secured BCARD Account is created for the user on the BCARD Portal and is available online on the web. All "NFC touches" made using the BCARD Reader will be recorded in the portal and information can be moved from the portal to other information management platforms"
The BCARD Reader will be available at WIMA in two versions:
- Personal BCARD Reader: Designed for attendees storing all touches in a personal BCARD account
- Corporate BCARD Reader: Designed for exhibitors storing all touches in a master Corporate account for each exhibitor
The BCARD Reader will be loaded onto the phones or available for attendees and exhibitors to download at the ITN desk using their own NFC phone.
*Each attendee signed up for this offer will be required to fill out a form provided by ITN International and supply a credit / debit card number authorising a debit of 400€ in the event the phone is not returned at the close of WIMA NFC MONACO 2012. Offer is open subject to availability.

As part of the WIMA NFC MONACO Experience, attendees at the event will be able to check-in to various locations at the venue by using the 6Starz NFC check-in service with an Android or Symbian NFC phone.
Upon arriving at the venue, check in and let other checked in attendees know where you are as you move around locations and communicate through the WIMA message wall with others who are checked in with 6starz . You can also make new friend connections only with a touch of NFC phones, and receive information and the latest updates from WIMA. 6Starz check-in posters can also be found in the lobby of the Novotel and Meridien Beach Plaza hotels in Monaco where attendees may be staying during WIMA.
Users of the WIMA 6Starz experience will be entered into a prize draw to win an NFC phone offered by 6Starz. More surprise prizes will be offered during the event via the 6Starz mobile application.

WIMA in collaboration with ITN International and SMARTRAC will be presenting for the first time at WIMA NFC MONACO a new format of NFC attendee badge as part of the WIMA NFC Experience.
The new style badges are 7 point paper, 100mm(4”) wide and up to 150mm(6”) long. These are significantly larger dimensions than the classic credit card style plastic badges incorporating an NFC chip. This larger size will offer greater possibilities for adding 4 color, preprinted artwork about events and sponsors plus more variable attendee information.
The badge issuance will also involve a new printing process from ITN using standard thermal transfer paper printers equipped with a custom NFC encoding module.
The new paper attendee badge is a big win in so many ways, more sponsor exposure, easer to visually read, more economic, and more environmentally friendly.
The badges will incorporate a standard NFC tag in the bottom center of the badge encoded with NDEF Technically Specified Content to transfer attendee data and allow access control when touched by an NFC mobile device (Android or Symbian) loaded with the BCARD reader application. The NFC tag is physically centered under the NFC Forum’s N-Mark as the touch point.

The WIMA NFC MONACO NFC Exhibition Floor Plan is printed and programmed by TagAge/Hansaprint and it is empowered by SMARTRAC BullsEye NFC inlay.
Full access conference delegates will be presented with an A4 format one-page NFC Conference Guide incorporating three tags programmed with the daily conference sessions. Content is presented in real time, allowing last minute programme updates. Users have a simple and interactive way to obtain further information on sessions, speakers, and presentation titles by simply touching the tags with their NFC mobile devices.
Three additional tags present further information about Nokia, TagAge and NFCtags.com with the touch of a tag!

The WIMA NFC MONACO NFC Exhibition Floor Plan is printed and programmed by TagAge/Hansaprint and it is empowered by SMARTRAC BullsEye NFC inlay.
All delegates will be presented with an A5 (or A6) format smart poster of the Exhibition Floor Plan including a tag programmed with information about exhibitors. When the delegate touches the tag with their NFC mobile device the list of exhibitors appears on the screen. Delegates then select an exhibitor and click on the company name. Information about the exhibitor including stand number, company profile and demos at WIMA will appear offering a simple, up to date and interactive way of retrieving information about exhibitors.
